Get help

Tell us your Terse version, macOS version, what you expected, and what happened. Screenshots are useful after removing addresses, subject lines, message bodies, and other information that is not needed to understand the issue.

Revoke Google access

  1. Disconnect the Gmail account in Terse’s account settings.
  2. Open Google Account permissions.
  3. Select Terse and remove access.

Revocation prevents future Google API access. It does not delete messages from Gmail or automatically remove Terse data already stored on your Mac.

Delete local data

Terse’s working data and mail indexes are stored locally. Disconnect accounts first, then remove the application and its local data. OAuth refresh tokens are held separately in macOS Keychain. Email us for version-specific paths and steps before deletion if you want to preserve settings or drafts.
